Hi Quang,

Have you checked if your customer and material master hve the particular account group assigned in them?

Only when you mention account group in both master records, will the account assignment pick up.

Cheers.

Hi,

I also checked customer and material master data.

When i view a billing (VF02), and go to Environment -> Acc. determ analysis -> Revenue account, choose PR00 - 10(KOFI), i see a notice icon on line Acct assignment grp. So, what's problem?

Thanks,

Hi Quang,

Your general account is only get determined because you have mentioned only the Account key in account determination.

If you mention other factors like material group/ customer group etc than your other g/l accounts will hit.

So in spro in basic functions - account assignment - mention customer grp/material grp etc and your required accounts will hit.

I hope it will solve your problem.

Gaurav

Hi there,

General A/c Determination is: Application (V1 or V2), Condition type, Chart of A/c (country based), SalesOrg, Cust A/c grp, Material A/c grp, A/c key.

This is the most specific A/c determiantion.

There is a possibility that each country chart of A/c will have different GL A/c.

Also the cust & material A/c grps can be used across all the sales orgs & company codes.

So it is suggestable to use the general A/c determination.

Hope this clarifies ur question.

Sivanand
