UWL error when trying to click on the button to review record - ASAP

Hi Experts,

In our mdm uwl we have a button to Review or edit the records. So on one server like developemnt when we click on it the iview opens good enough and show all the record details. Now when we transported the config file to other server by clicking on this button it shows a blank page. Next step and history buttons are working well.

When checked in the logs it shows this error - " Connector with id ProviderActionHandler is not registered with UWL#"

I was thinking would there be any problem with the http:// and https:// protocol differeces because the final system where it is not working uses https:// but not the dev system.

Please suggest me the solution and also point are rewarded.

Hello,

It is solved as the iview was pointing to the wrong system. So i have rechecked the parameters and resolved it.

Hello,

I have checked it MDM server is same on both. Also everything works perfect on our dev system. As the config file is a customed one. Do i have to check any work item configuration for this.

Hi Aparna,

By the error you are getting, it seems there is a problem with the UWL Connector. Check the configuration of the MDM UWL Connector, whether the system alias details are correct and also clear the UWL cache and check the xml config file once.

Hi Aparna,

- When you transported from the dev server to another server are both the repository still on the current MDM server itself.

I mean if your dev server and the other server are mounted on different MDM servers then it would effect the portal as teh Portals deployable files are MDM server and patch dependent.

- Also try checking your new Repository for any errors by->rt clik re->check/repair.If any errors occured while transporting try repair them and then refresh on ep and check again.
