Sending Files to External FTP server using XI/PI via FTPS

Hello all,

My Scenario is as follows. I would like to send some files from my local ERP system to external FTP server by using my local XI/PI system. The FTP server is outside of our network firewall and ERP,XI are within the firewall. I would like to use FTPS protocol to send the files. Does any one have the necessary configuration steps to do this.

If the systems ERP,XI and FTP are within the firewall, I am able to push the files to FTP system by using FTPS protocal.

But I unable to send the files, if the FTP server is outside of the firewall.

Please help me .

Hi,

What error message do you get? Maybe you should check your firewall settings. (ports) If it is working within your landscape then it have to be the firewall settings. Check them...
