Hi,
I would like to inquire what causes table VBRK to be "partly active"?
The date last changed is today's date, but last changed by SAP.
This is causing issues in accessing invoice.

It just happened. How about indices? is this a factor? How do I check this?

Run SE14 and check the table, see if anything's missing.
Then try to activate it, see if you get any error messages (most likely). If you do, fix the problem.
