I have a delivery block on a sales order, the planning team cannot see these, pelasec an someone explain why? is it true tht they cannot see the order if there is a delivery block on the sales order?

Hi,

Its not like that one cannot see if the order has some delivery block.

Some times delivery block is used for entry & removal by some authorized person / user only.

Check if the authorization of persons from planning team is preventing them to see / change the block.

Guess it is because of the configuration of the Delivery block. If CONF(confirmation of goods) is not allowed for this delivery block, then the confirmed quantities in the schedule line also will be zero. Please check the schedule lines and if it is zero then you can check the configuration of this particular delivery block reason in the path...
