Hi,

If all of sudden (SOAP to idoc) ..for all the messages in message monitoring is on HOLDING status for all the interfaces.

These interfaces were working fine earlier.

In adapter monitoring , adapters are fine.

i could not see anything SMq transaction also.

what are the possiblities to cause this kind of error?

Thanks

hi amir,

I could not see those messages in IDX5.

first of all it did n't go thru sender adpter (SOAP) itself. it struck SOAP adapter itself (HOLD status)

Thanks

Hi,

Have you checked the SMQ1/SMQ2 tcodes for any entry...if the Queues are stuck up at Integration level then you may fine the entries here and you may delete the blocked entry...

But as you said, you are able to see the entry under Adapter Framework

Conversation ID and other details are for particular queue only...

I will suggest to look ofr particular queue ..Cancel the lowest sequential number.i.e. the bottom most entry in the lsit..This will be based on Start time in descending order...you will not get the sequential number.

This makes sense to delete the blocked entry only and then allow other messages to be processed further after removing the blockage..

Thanks

Is this a EOIO message flow?

If yes, check this blog on how to fix the same,

[How to deal with stuck EOIO messages in the XI 3.0 Adapter Framework|]

Hi Bhavesh,

It is exactly once in Order.

This is really useful info which u send.

I could not find conversion id and sequential number as stefan mentioned in that blog in my message monitoring in config. table columns(in extended filter criteria)

But already i tried to cancel the those messages as well as resend but i could not do.

I guess my user do not have access to that.

Any other inputs/useful blogs?

Thanks
