QA11 : Modification for pop-up new customize screen

Hello, I'm very appreciate for all who read this topic and give me some advice.

Anyone has an experience about customize standard program to create new screen

and add new screen to pop-up when user click some standard button to do something

for support business requirement and then continue to working the old step (such next old screen).

In QA11 (Manual UD), For posting stock quantity (After click button "Stock for inspection lot")

Business requirement need to avoid user to input stock quantity for unrestriced used (UR) and block

by after click button "Stock for inspection lot". Need to customize to pop-up new created screen for user

to choose sub-set of this inspection lot to post for UR or block by check box (Just overview)

Then after finish to select, Need to go back old screen ("Record UD : Stock" Screen) and default sum

of UR and block into screen (Automatic) for post to mvt.type 321, 350 later.

So, Anyone has an experience to customize like this requirement?

and What is your solution?

Solution to find proper user-exit and call new customize screen?

(This solution can be done and may have a lot of problem comming when support this process?

or shouldn't do like this)

Wouldn't the stock proposal button do the same thing for you?

Standard process : After click "Stock for inspection lot" button will show screen for input quantity to post for unrestricted use (UR) and block stock. Then press "Save" button will generate material doc with mvt.type 321 or 350.

New customize process : 1 inspection lot refer to many sub inspection lot (Example)

After click "Stock for inspection lot" button wil show new customize screen for user to choose which sub

inspection lot should to post to UR or block stock. (This screen can get sum of UR and block quantity). Then after user submit this screen. New design need to automatic default sum of UR or block to

the standard screen in UR or block quantity field (To avoid user manual input) for post material document with mvt.type 321 or 350.

Anyone have an experience to customize standard process as above.

Hi,

I am focusing on

To meet this requirement you can tick the check box "Background Processing of Stock Screen" in trx QS51 for the UD Code, that is available just before the "Follow-up action" in the screen.

Otherwise you can use the Exit "_QEVA0009_ :-UD: Predefinition of quantity to be posted to sample stock."
