How to understand which GRC components are installed in a system?

Hi Gurus,

I have an existing SAP system.The transaction /VIRSA/ZVRAT is not working there but the transactions for firefighter is working. How do I understad by looking into the system that CC is not installed while Firefighter is installed?

Hi,

Only Java stack is installed in it so Se80 and others does not work.

In this case (java stack only), you have to use the SDM (Software Deployment Manager) to get an overview of installed packages:

This software is located in:

/usr/sap//SDM/

Hi,

did you try checking if CC 4.0 is installed by choosing the menu item

System -> Status -> choose the magnifying glass -> check the list if CC is listed

Also, did you try calling CC by using <B>/n/virsa/zvrat</B>?

Another way of telling is to check SE80 for packages containing VIRSA.
