Deletion of SA release

Hello,

How is it possible to delete the SA release in apo?

I have deleted the schedule line but not release.

I do not want to do GR in r/3 for SA release reduction.

Please reply.

Hi Sunil,

Pleasef Follow below steps.

1) There are 2 caetgories for each scheudle line and its release..SchLne and SAgRel. Delete Schlne in product view.../sapaapo/rrp3

2) In product view , goto tabpage "PERIOD".Select row "SchLne".

3) In this tabpage there is icon lien 'N" . There will find option " Create Operative Delivery Schedule".After selecting row "SchLne" , clcik on this option " Create Operative Delivery Schedule". This way you have released deleted /zero quantity of SchLne to " SAgRel".

This will reslove the issue.

Hi,

Once you have deleted the Schedule line in APO you need to release it to R/3 again. Once you release this it will authomatically delete the released SA quantity. Provided that your SA is APO relevant(External Planning Inicator is 1).
