Output determination (e-mailing invoice)

Hi All

Can somebody give me step by step procedure to set Output determination for sending Invioce via e-mail. I have configured all other output types and they are working fine, but e-mail output is not working. Please give me steps of setting up output types, transmission media, where to enter e-mail ID, etc etc etc
