Forecasting based on customer requirement

Hello Gurus,

I have a requirement where in the client wants to maintain the forecasting for the customer and product.

Like customer, the quantity he may purchase for the year, and the value of it.

At the end of the year he wants to analyze the actuals with the forecasted... Is there a way that it can be addresses in Standard SAP...

Hi,

To go for the forcasting, create a info str. in MC21 and give planning hierarchy where you put customer and material number in the hierarchy alongwith the sales area.

Then create planning levels for flexible planning thr. t. code MC61.

Once planning levels are done thenupdate the info str.

Hi Pavan,

U have maintain the reports of the csutomer annual sales and its value. For caliculation it is better to consider last three years sales and its value take the average of it. Present this report to ur client as the forecost sale and value.

At the end of the year with the present report client can compare forecosting report.
