Custoemr services--Warranty counter

Plss assist...........I would like to know where i could define the warranty counter in Customer Services

IN classification system ---

Logistics ® Central Functions ® Class System or

Logistics Central functions Classification

I am unable to find both these paths in order to create the same and what does classification system mean ??

Hello,

The path is SPRO --> IMG --> Plant Maintenance and Service Management --> Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Service Management --> Basic Settings --> Warranties --> Define warranty counter.
