How to do the testing for storage condition

Hi All,

I have configured new storage condition and assigned it to shipping point, plant and storage location.

I want to do testing for that, can any one please advise me how to do the testing for that?

Ravi,

Storage conditions are used in the determination of storage location determination in Delivery.

The picking location determination you do consists of this .

for testing check whether the combination of Storage conditions,shipping point,plant is coming in delivery.

Hi

Create a material and put it in your storage location with your storage condition

Assign the picking location determination rule as MALA in the delivery type which you are going to use

MALA rule determines picking location based on

1. shipping pt

2. Delivering plant

3. storage condition of the material

The rule MALA has to be assigned while creating the material itself in MMR

Create order and delivery and test

Hi ramanathan ,

I dont think so we assign the Storage location rule in MMR , we only specify the storage conditions in MMR.
