Packaging in Delivery

Hi,

How do we handle packaging material in case of delivery?I am understanding the client system and when I create a sales order the packaging material comes as a second line item.In case of delivery, do we need to pick the packaging material as well? Basically I am picking only the main material but I want to also perform the packaing.How shall I do it in the delivery document?

hi,

1)Goto VL02N to change the delivery, you already created.

Or you can do the following steps while you are creating a delivery also.

2)Go to "pack" icon.

3)In the upper section, enter the "packing material" (packing mat. no.),hit enter

4)selecting both upper & lower lines, click "pack" icon.

Then "save" the delivery.
