DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_REQUEST Error (Web Dynpro for ABAP) Installation

Dear All,

I have installed the NW2004s Web Dynpro ABAP Stack and its successfull without any error. But If I try to logon using either BCUSER/DDIC users, I'm getting the below error. Please advice.

Hello,

please have a look at SAP note 520658. The cluster interface relies on a valid, unique IP address, and therefore rejects localhost or loopback.

Hi Ramakrishnan,

I got the same error after installation when the network cable was plugged off. So, if you're plugged to a network it should work. If you want to work without a network activate the MS loopback adapter.
