Update was terminated

I have checked one customer's open balance in FBL5N. Then I cleared that amount in F-28. After successfully posting messege comes "Doc no ******** posted". Then I refresh FBL5N, I got this error

" Express document " update was terminated" received from author.

Same error is comming if i check the doc in BSEG table.

And if I check the doc in FB03 ..the doc does not exits.

So plz help.

Hello,

this error occur when something it's not configured properly.It's hard to identify from start, but try to debug the program to find any clues...

I will ask basis, but if messege is showing that DOC is posted then why I am getting dump? Means I am at client side and I have to justify them.

hi,

quickly check SM13/SM14 to find out the issue...the msg is shown but there is a short dump( can be checked in ST22)--maybe some no. range problem etc..check in t code SM13/SM14 for the reasons...
