Hi,
RTP is user for half hourly or 15 min hours consumption billing purpose.
Steps for configuration:-
1. Create Rate Type which allowed for RTP ( pim).
2. Create In SPRo under EDM , RTP Billing , RTP component.
3. Configure RTP Interface ( definr the Interval Length, Profile, assign the RTP component).
4. Create Rate as RTP rate and assign RTP interface here.
Remaining is as nomal like billing schema, rate determination...
