customer hierarchy problem

Hi,

I had created one sold to party and node for customer hierarchy. however, when i try to assign the relationship in VDH1N, the eorr message is displayed. But i sure the customer code which I input is correct and already maintained company code data and sales view. pls advice. thanks

Dear JoJo,

Please make sure that what are customer hierarchy node you are trying to assign to the customer that nodes also need to be created as customer in XD01 transaction with Customer hierarchy type account group.
