Hi,

j2ee_admin user not able to display graphs in most of the tabs.

For Ex: RCA - Workload analysis - Overview tab - not able to see graphical view.(But able to see graphs in other tabs).

It has SAP_ALL, super admin profile.

Hi,

Technically, the data for the Overview is retrieved differently than for the Views under Product Tab Strips. For the Overview, MDX-Queries are generated. In order to increase the performance of the Overview, the result of these MDX-Queries is cached in Memory on Javaside.

Each successful extractor run will cause a cache invalidation of the data associated tothis particular extractor.

If there is such a discrepancy of data displayed in the Overview, a problem with the cache invalidation may have occurred. You can test this by selecting any custom timeframe in the Overview as only the standard timeframe selections are cached. If the data for the custom timeframe is displayed correctly, the cache has not been invalidated. Then, you should wait for the next successful extractor run to trigger cache.

Hi,

My issue is not with the data. I'm able to see data only in tabular form rather than graphical form for j2ee_admin in most of the tabs.

But sapsupport user is able to get graphs.
