How to Attach PDF file to PO or PR?

Hi all,

How do i attach a PDF file via the "Documents" button in PR and PO, Why do I get a "Document Link" dialog?

How to simply attach a PDF file via windows file dialog?

Hi,

In ME21N or ME22N, here click on "Services for Object" button on the extreme left side of the screen. (This is just below the transaction bar)

Here click on this button Create > Create Attachment, it will take you to the Local PC address for uploading the file.

Whenever you want to fetch this document then click on this button and click on Attachment List and then double click on the document.

Follow this, if you don't want to use Document management system.

u can use service for object facility for this

go to change mode of po or pr and then in menu go to service for object

u will get a small tool bar from that u can attach any file to ur po or pr

u have to configure document management system.
