a question when I install the database instance:no package defined by match

when I select the export dvd path , I get the message:no package defined by matched(look for label:SAP:ECC:50SR1:EXPORT(1/8):;) ,

then I check the label.asc in the the path of EXP1, the content is :"SAP:ECC:50SR1:EXPORT(1/8):Installation Export:CD5102xxxx_2",

how to continue the installation? thanks a lot.

It seems that your copy process made the LABEL.ASC in lower case letters. If this is Linux, you need to mount the CDs/DVDs manually using "-o map=off".

sapinst looks for LABEL.ASC, not for label.asc and thus you get the error message.

Note: it's not enough to just relable that one file, all files are lower case, you need to re-copy them all after having mounted the DVD with upper case only.

thanks a lot , I change the lowcase to uppercase, the install can find the matched files.
