Enterprise Portal 7.0 error

Hi all,

We got a problem with the portal where it was running and suddenly went down. Checking on the error logs, I got this message..

"Abstract locking manager .. cluster element was lost. Removing all enque related to the last node." The node in question is Cluster Node 452486950.

On further checking the error logs, i got the following:

Network log

Cluster node 422486950 protocol is no longer managed.

Security log

A configuration with the path keystore does not exist. SSL transport protocol is not available. (the suggestion here was to restart the service which i did but still didnt solve the problem).

A solution/suggestion will be appreciated.

The KeyStore to the UserStore didnu2019t work and that is u201Cresetu201D by the system reboot.

Reboot the SAP System and it would work after that.

Hi Deepak,

We have restarted the service, the server but this has not helped. One of the suggestions was to restart SSL which also didnt work.

Any other suggestion?

Did you check the trace log or sap log in NWA.

What is SP level you have on EP7.0?

Export the ticket signing certificate from ABAP stack and import it into AS Java Keystore service TicketKeystore.

Check the client certificate and CA .
