enableUsageTypes Error in Modulecall: SDM call of jstartup

Hello Experts,

installing NetWewaver 7.0

an error occurred while processing service SAP NetWeaver 7.0 Support Release 3 > SAP Systems > MaxDB > Central System > Central System( Last error reported by the step :Caught ESAPinstException in Modulecall: SDM call of jstartup mode=standalone ends with returncode 4.)

Log Message:

ERROR 2008-08-13 11:49:29.802

FCO-00011 The step enableUsageTypes with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|SAP_Software_Features_Enablement|ind|ind|ind|ind|5|0|enableUsageTypes was executed with status ERROR ( Last error reported by the step :Caught ESAPinstException in Modulecall: SDM call of jstartup mode=standalone ends with returncode 4.).

Can I jstartup manually or is there an other solution?

StartServer in folder \SDM\program enables SDM to start separately.
