Hi,

What is T code for viewing the Picking list for a particular delivery

Currently the picking list is coming in paper format, how can we send it to external customer using EDIFACT D01B message type DESADV

Hi there,

To see the print preview of the pick list you can go to VL02N, give the delivery num. Without clicking enter, go to delivery on the menu bar --> Issue delivery O/p --> you wil get a pop up giving the O/p that have been triggered for the delivery. Select the required O/p & click on print preview on the below of the pop screen.

Coming to you 2nd point, why do you want to send something like picklist as an EDI signal? Picklist will be printer which is maintained in communication in the condituion records.

We usualy send siganls to 3rd party systems as EDI messages. FOr example, when you create a delivery, if you want to inform down stream systems or 3rd party systems, you send an EDI signal sending all the delivery related information.

To have more idea about EDI signals, you can check in WE02. Give the direction 1 (for outbound). If you know the message type, give it.
