some checks which may help:
user has required role.
Authorisation can be checked with SU53
User is correctly assigned to Org structure
you can use
users_gen.... check user
or
BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE for user
also run the same application in SRM SAP GUI screen by exiting easy access
by entering /n
