It has all the lastest updates about solution manager and gives you the first hand information on what is solution manager and how it is being used in the exisiting R/3 landscape.

did u already reviewed the material on

- http://service.sap.com/solutionmanager

- http://service.sap.com/diagnostics

Otherwise there is the default overview training SMO100 ... but btw u have to attend the training to get the documentation

Other option was the eLearnings for Solution Manager ... In my opinion all eLearningsession are free of charge ... but I'm not sure at the moment.
