Our project plan to install Netweaver 7 SR3,but we have already installed the system, microsoft windows server 2003 enterprise,
but we found the Netweaver 7 SR3 need to install in 64-bit system?
how to install it to 32-bit system?
Hi Lion,
The installation of a Central Instance is no longer supported on 32-bit OS's starting with NW 7.0 SR3; you can only install Dialog Instances on them. See for example SAP Note [1052298|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1052298], [1108852|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1108852] and so on.
This topic has been discussed before in the forums, by the way.
Regards,
Henk.

Hi,
If I remember correctly, the central instance is now mandatory on 64-bit, the DI are still possible on 32-bit.
My opinion is that it's nowadays a bad idea to install on 32 bit.
4 GB is now not enough for Netweaver...

Olivier

Dear Lion,
Term SR3 refers to the Support pack level. OS requirement does not change with SR level.
As per PAM (http://service.sap.com/pam) NW can be installed on 32bit.
