Can PI constructs a XML-RPC request message?

How to do that? Please guide me.

You seem to have solved the problem for XML-RPC construct in PI. Can you please share your solution approach for it?

I am trying to make a call an external web service which is based on RPC. But in PI through the WSDL for external web service I am not able to build the complete construct. Can you help?
