regarding fathers name on payslip through PE51

hi experts,

i m developing a payslip through PE51 ,in which my client want that the fathers name sud appear on the payslip,for this what sud i do plz let me know the procedure,,,sud i use rule or

infotype '0021' but for infotype i have to use subtype how will i configure that ..plz help me.....

if you want that information you need to store them in a differnt infotype (may be 185) and then bring it up in the payslip. Or, if you can do an enhancement in the payslip program go ahead and add IT 21.

Hi

first you maintain the data in IT 0021

Then go to PE51 and choose your form name, choose single filed and hen click on cange button.

Then assign table name PA0021 and filed name is FAVOR and FANAM respectively.

Hi Rajat,

No need of configuration, only thing is to maintain infotype 21 where u can mention ur father's name and ask u r ABAP programmer to add a field in the payslip as Raghav posted in his message.

HI Rajat,

You have to maintan the IT-0021 for the fathers name

Now ask your abaper to add a field in the Payslip.(this will be done by the Abaper only)

May I know how is it possible to add the table IT2001 and the specific field from IT2001 into payslip?

I see no IT2001 table in the rules config in payslip.

Please help.
