Error accessing Alert Inbox in RuntimeWorkbench

Experts,

I am trying to access the Alert Inbox from RuntimeWorkbench. I get the following error. I have made sure

In transaction SICF..........the bsp service alertinbox in activated.

Also the certificate from Java has been importted and added to strustsso2 in the certificatelist and acllist.

Anything I am missing? any config I need to do to access this bsp application?

need to fully identify the host name in the property

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.ashost

(for example, abc.sap.com instead of abc).
