short dump after the custom field creation

hi all,

i have created new custom field at the shopping cart item level , now the system ends up giving dumps after i enter the data in to the field.

let me what else needs to be done.

Please make sure that you have carried out all the activities as given in the below notes:

672960 - user-defined fields.pdf
676016 - user-defined fields.pdf

This shortdump is most likely to occur when some activities are not completed as specified in the notes.

Please go to transaction ST22. Check the dump. Is there any error message or call stack information ?
