Hi,

I am trying to create a webdynpro following one example in saptechnical.com and which is "Popping up a screen when a specific event is triggered". However when i try to create application and in that page it is required to give the interface view and i am giving the interface view which is same as the application name but i get diplay message that this interface view does not exist. When i check in the tree structure which is on the left side of the screen,i see that interface view with this name is there...so Q1)why does not it take it when i enter it while creating application and moreover when i try to delete the whole webdynpro then it doesnt let me do that and instead it asks me to fill up the required field for interface view.

so my second question is how can i delete it?

Hi Aditya,

As Abhi suggested use the F4 option for interface view field and select the interface view .In case its showing msg that no interface view found then just check the name of component u have selected.

Or else i dont find any reason for this error.

And also u can delete ur component without selecting the interface view.

why don't you chooe the F4 help available to fill the value
