External Relationship deleted but still in APO

Former Member

We have deleted some External Procurement Relationships in APO which are no more valid and deleted in R/3. But over the weekend when Integration Models re-activated as a weekly schedule run. All the deleted External Procurement Relationships are now seen in APO.

Any clue!!!!

Charles,

This is how I think you should proceed.

Mark for Deletion, the Info Records in R/3. On transferring to APO, this will Deactivate the corresponding Ext Procurement Relationship in APO. This also removes the Info Record from the active Integration Model. Once the link between R/3 and APO is broken, you may mark the Prourement Relationship for Deletion.

Hope this helps.

Hi Charles,

As already said, you have to delete the PIR/Sched.Agreemnt etc in ECC if it is not relevant OR you can exclude the same PIR/Sched.Agreemnts from the Integration Model(ECC) and activate.

Else If the plant for which the External Proc. Relationships are deleted has become inactive or doesn't require new External procurement relationships to be created then you can delete the product-location from APO and excluding it from the Integration Model at the same time. By doing so you can avoid redundant data in APO.

Hope this helps...

Hi Charles,

Check if your integration model in CFM2 still has the scheduling agreements/contracts/inforecords.

Did you generate the model with the same name and activate it? only then it picksup the changes.
