Delivered Quantity updation in sales order line item.

Dear Folks,

One user created sales order with 10 line items and he created delivery and later he deleted line item 30 in that delivery document and with remaining 9 line item he done the PGI & Billing.Here what is the problem is the deleted line item in sales order status showing as completed and delivered quatity showing as 10.Status is not updated from delivery to sales order item.Please let me know how to resolve this?

Hi Murali,

It seems it is the problem with copy control at item level.

Please check update document flow flag.

Please go to VA03 select yr line item 30 and check the document flow. Is system is showing any delivery and billing against that line item ? If yes the cancel the billing by VF11 or by VF02 and reverse the PGI by VL09 and delete the delivery by VL02N.

Check in Document Flow, at in Sales Order at Item Level for Line no 30 and evaluate, if the delivery is open / cancelled / new delivery created for same.

Hi,

You can consider two options;

1) Cancel the billing document, reverse the goods issue, delete the delivery document and recreate a new delivery document against the sales order.

2) Else you may need to check OSS notes.
