Dear All ,

Spool for check letters are not automatically deleted after print

The spool file is still available, and output can be generated as much as wanted although the item u201CDelete After printing if no errorsu201D is activated . Why is still available ?

Hi,

In the output issue screen, maintain settings as follows-

1. the option as 1 in no. of messages field

2. Set the indicator on (Put tick symbol) for input field Release after output, so that the spool will get deleted after output is issued.

Hi,

You can try by checking the option "Completed, No longer possible to add to". It looks the spool system automatically adds further spool requests with the same attributes.

Also you can discuss with your basis team about the status print queues at O/S level.
