Printing Confidentiality note on Invoice

Hi all

We want to print some confidentiality message ONLY on SD invoices that are sent to customers via e-mail. This message should not appear if the invoice is printed or if output is issued elsewhere. Is this possible? Please tell me how to do it

Dear Madhu,

I hope through output determination you can get this requirement.

You can try with this,

You define seperate output type to send the E-mail to the customer.

Develop the output program such way that ,with the help of ABAPer.

Assign the program to that output type

Maintain the condition record for that output type with Medium E-Mail.

But one thing you need consider which data you want to send confidetially that data should be maintained in the SAP system at some where then only you can able to fetch that data in to E-Mail output.

this can be done by making the changes in the smart form used for output sent through the email. Get the help of an ABAPer for ding the same
