Returnable packaging

Please explain following steps: when we delivered returnable packaging material with order then why we need to follow this steps.

Now Goto VA01 and Raise the Returns Order Document type AT and Specify Packaging Material and Carry out Outbound

Delivery.

Also I am not able to find order type AT in ECC 6.0 Mill Product.

Help would be higly appreciated

hi,

as the name suggests, the packaging material has to be returned. hence like any other returns we create thru RE doc type we have AT doc type to initiate the return. then we create the delivery to get the goods bac and updating our stock of returnable material by doing goods reciept.

in ecc 6.0 u will find doc type AT in VOV8.

I am sorry, not able to get document type AT in VOV8. I am using Mill product Ecc 6.O. which document.

Dear Anand,

Thanks for your help, I observed that document type AT is not available in mill product ecc 6.0 however it is available in stabdard SAP ecc 6.0.

ple suggest if u have any idea.
