Dear Experts ,

We currently have GRC 5.2 ( Access enforcer running on our sandbox ).

Can we keep the same running & also install 5.3 on the same server / instance ?

Regards,

Shailesh

Hi Shailesh,

you would have to use the two versions on seperate java stacks.

But the main point is that the Access Control version needs the corresponding Real Time Agent (RTA) version in the back-end which means you cannot connect the two different versions of AC to the same back-end.

Thanks for your inputs guys.

That's exactly what I was thinking that we need to have 2 separtae instance of abap+java to achieve this.

I think you will have to install separate instance of JAVA server on the same machine and then deploy all the 5.3 controls in it.

Keeping 5.2 and installing 5.3 on it , not sure about it.
