Hi,

let me clarify ur doubt in simple terms. sales organization is created under company code only..but, the information of sales organization is maintained at client level, as sales org is the highest entity of sales activities of that particular client.shipping point is the highest responsible entity for deliveries of that client..transportation planning point is the highest entity for transportation.so the information of all these elements will be maintained at client level...

i hope ur query is based on information levels, not based on creation levels..

Yes you can have multiple sales organizations under one company code and relationship between these two is many to one.

Yes..in SD point of view Sales organization, shipping point and transportation planning point are Client Level...
