How to delete old coding mask and project profiles?

Dear All,

We would like to do following -

1) Delete old project coding mask and the project profiles associated with it.

2) Make budgeting step mandatory in project creation process. By this we mean that the system should not allow to start the procurement process before assigning budget to relevant wbs elements.

3) Stop creation of PR no from network despite of the superior WBS assosiated with network is in unreleased state.

Guide us to resolve the issues at the earliest.

1) to delete coding mask/profile u have to delete all existing projects with that coding mask amd archive the same.

2)Create a user status and default it to all WBS Elements at the time of creation and block the procurement business process using it

3)Check the netwrok profile and network parameters wherein u can defien when the PR has to be created.

Pointwise -

1 ) I have already deleted the projects and archived the same via cn80 but i am still not able to delete the coding masks as well as profiles

2) I have tried with user status but still the user can attach networks and release it after attaching material component. Can you elaborate in detail.
