Change Request Management

Hello All,

We are using change request management. However, we are unable to schedule Import both in QAS and in PRD. When IT Operator clicks on Actions button and select Goto Task plan, there is no option for Scheduling the Import.

Please help us.

What happens if you go to task plan and right click on "Import Transport Request (Background)" -> "Schedule"?

Hello Christian,

I am sorry, I forgot to mention that I am working on UrgentCorrections, not on Normal Corrections. When I right click on Import, I can see Schedule only for Normal Corrections and not for UrgentCorrections.

Even if you do not like this information. When using Urg.Corrections this behavior is intended.
