SD user rolls authorisation

We have 10 users in Production server. We are planning to transfer data from Production to Quality server.Will the 10 users in Production client can also access data in Quality server also with the same user ID and password which they possess in Production server..Or do we have to create seperate user ID and password in Quality server.At present they do not have access in Quality server.

Please clarify .

Hi,

As Production and Quality are 2 - seperate clients, you need to create new User Profile for all 10 Users on to Quality.

Best way is to get in-touch with your Basis-Administrator.

Ram, you have to create separate user id. as the systems and servers are different.
