Dear Friends,

My client handling the fastener items and storing as standard Pallet Racks (Assume it is Storage Type).Moreover,they are maintaining the different section of screws like (M6 to M24) whether i want to maintain as seperate storage section of each screw size in my case.Please revert back and share ur views...

Hi

Have you thought about having 'fixed' bins for these products so that every time they are recieved they will be directed to the same bin and they will always be kept together.

Create the st type as 005

Create the bins in 005

create a sst type indicator and a strategy to send the materials to 005

attach this indicator to each material master and specify the fixed bin in the material master for each material.

you need not to maintain differnt storage section rather you need to maintian M4 etc as storage bin type if in case this M4 represents the size of the material to be kept in bIN

although Bin type means the size or dimensionof the bin.
