Hi,

What is the relevance of excise transaction type ARE1, ARE3?

Do we have to necessarily use these transaction for export and deemed export?

we are using DLFC for all kind of sales, as we have only one excise group for all kind of local and export sales.

Regards

Dear Karthik

Yes irrespective of whether you are paying duty or not, for exports, you need to create ARE1 & ARE3 as per Central Excise Rules.

DLFC is right and should be used for all outgoing sales invoices

thanks

HI Karthik,

The ARE1 is for export

ARE3 for against form CT3 or deemed exports

DLFC for normal doemstic sales

sicne you need seperate accunbts for the all fo them and seperate reporting , sap has [provided the seperate transaction type for them

thanks

Hi

Kartik

ARE1 is using for export and ARE3 is used for deemed export suply for DUTYFORGONE despatch. The copy of the same is endorse by port authority as a proff of export and the same is used by suplier to credit the bond by that mcuh amt. which was debited at the time of despatch

ARE 1 is used for physical export

ARE 3 is used to despatch against CT3 despatch

Transaction type DLFC is correct for dispatches.

Hope this will help you.

Dear karthik,

Using ARE1 & ARE3 is depends upon the business process of your company if your company is taking duty exception then u have see whether it is under bond or deemed export.

90% of companies are doing these process.

so first find it out whether they are taking any duty excemption or not & then reply me

Rahul
