corresponding paragraph format is not dispalyed

hi,

i had created some paragraph format in smart stlye in dev and form is working fine . but when i transported to QA ,corresponding paragraph format for that form is not displaying correctly. i had checked the corresponding style in QA also it is available .

i need help

Hi

For the paragraph format any new fonts are uploaded in system or you are trying to use fonts which are existing in QA

Make sure that your smart styles and Smart forms are in the same request number.

Hi,

Just check whether the style is activated or not and also the fonts used in the formatting are available in qua or not..

also check whether the formatting set for the paragraph format in dev and qua are same....
