Dear all,

At my clients place some times end users are not doing stock posting after doing UD. how to overcome it so that stockposting becomes mandatory.

You can create a status profile that requires stock posting at time of UD.

SAP note 44923 explains creating a status profile that prevents stock posting from being done prior to the UD.

You'd follow the same process but prevent the UD until sotck posting is done.

Dear Gopal,

As Mr.Singh just suggested you better set the stock posting in background with the UD code selection.

Run trx QS51.

Select the appropriate Selected Set then Code.

Here in the Code set the "Posting Proposal to UD" and just besides it the check box "Background Processing of Stock Screen" is available, activate it.
