Hi siddhartha,

there is currently no SAP application (e.g. MAM) available for iPhone. These applications only support the Windows Mobile platform. Some weeks (or even month) back there was an announcement that SAP CRM supports blackberry. But regarding iPhone there was no such an announcement.

The platform NW mobile 7.1 only supports windows mobile as well on the client.

Hi *,

I know the thread is pretty old. Now, there are a couple of SAP iPhone samples available, e.g. at: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/Img/MicroApplications

hi,

the only option to interact with the applications is using an iphone is consuming the RFCs supplied by SAP http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/30e033a0-73ef-2b10-b291-b653c3b48385

There is the option of wrapping these RFCs in HTTP for example.

Create an ICF service, implement IF_HTTP_EXTENSION in your request handler, and call the RFCs in your implementation. In the handler, all you need to do is transform the HTTP request (body, and any custom headers you decide to use) into importing parameters of the RFC FM, and transform the result of the RFC call into the HTTP response.

Cheers!

Hi Siddhartha,

iPhone OS is like Mac OS X developed by Apple.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPhone_OS

As per "SAP NETWEAVER MOBILE 7.1" PAM, only Windows plateform is currently supported for MI client.

I think Linux is also supported on some Devices.
