Regarding Country Groups for Legal regulations

Hi Friends,

I have quick question.

I need to use country groups in 2 ways for EAR regulation.

1. To use for departing country group for exports. i.e. wherever the goods are shipping from (all plant countries) I will add to one group so that this regulation triggers for all the country of ship-from for license determination

2. I want another Country Group2 to group all destination countries based on which I will create license determination rules which has no connection with depart country groups.

How do I do that, still I need to assign both country groups for EAR then what is the step where it will be different for 2 country groups.

One difference I have is I will assign country grp2 in licence record country group.

I am afraid, whether both country groups will trigger for depart country. which will be a mess

SAP GTS--> General Setting --> Legal Regulation --> Activate Legal Regulation.

Check the following configuration:

Activate Leagl Regulation

Here you have 4 options:

(Country / Country, Country / Country Group, Country Group / Country, Country group / Country Group)

Select option: Country Group / Country Group.

The first country group is the departure country group and the other one is the destination country group.
