CCMS_OnAlert_Email with CCMS

I have configured auto-reaction method with CCMS_OnAlert_Email with CCMS as CEN on Solution Manager.

E-mails are flowing fine with alerts. But all e-mails have read-receipt, delivery notification and high priority

Please advice how to stop these read-receipt,delivery notification and change to low/medium priority

Tr. scot --> settings --> Confirmation of receipt --> SAPConnect expects/ does not expect confirmations for Internet mail (client 000)

can you please explain how you configured the alert mail configuration in solution manager centrally .

i am assigned with this task .

but i dont know how to start and where to start .

can you provide me step by step configuration for this central ccms monitoring and triggering mails
