SRM Web browser issue

Dear All,

Seek your kind help in resolving the following issue..

In the home page of the SRM Web browser, when I click on any of the menus --. Shop, Check etc... the browser displays a duplicate browser of the same menu buttons and tabs..I mean when I click the "shop" button, the system displays another browser with the same details...Can any help in resolving this issue...

Please check the table TWPURLSVR in SM31? Is there any entry?

To add

this table should give the host name (server name) domain name, port and the type of protocol (HTTP or HTTPS) for the web server and BSP server

Hi check table TWPURLSVR - along with all servers information with your Logical system is there or not .Check with you log system via SCC4.

The following are the entries available in the logical system

Web server: available

Web protocol - HTTP

GUI start protocol - HTTP

BSP Server: available

BSP Protocol: HTTP

BSP Path ID: SAP_BSP

Do I need to any other entries...

The problem is because of the entry in table "TWPURLSVR".
